What to Expect
Pre-ceremony Call / Connect : share your story, refine intentions
Pre-ceremony Energywork session : prime your body to receive the medicine, and help us further understand your process on a somatic level
Medicine Ceremony : 6 + hour experience. Co-create an altar, sit with intentions, supported container for the journey to unfold in the highest way, a shared meal / food altar, Support from plant, stone, and animal kingdoms to enrich the container.
Post-ceremony integration support
Post-ceremony Energywork session: solidifying the growth into the system for best results moving forward

Set up and intention setting averages about 2 hours. One round of medicine will last 4-6 hours. More than one round is possible depending on the experience you wish to have.
Every ceremony is different! Stay flexible in your plans of when you think you expect to be ready to drive home, arrange a ride home, or plan on staying the night.
